And we know budgets matter. Our fee is comparable to what you'd pay for a high-quality DJ, so you don't have to compromise on the amazing
atmosphere a live band creates. We will work with you to create exactly the celebration you imagine! From ceremony sound and music, to emceeing your introductions and special moments, to keeping your dance floor grooving with live music and DJ breaks. We will follow your recipe, not ours, so every moment will be just the way you want it!

We understand that wedding planning requires strict compliance, logistical precision, and zero-risk execution at your venue. Reinstate Pluto Entertainment LLC is a fully insured, self-contained live music vendor. We will work with your venue to assure that the soundtrack for your day is perfect.
Turnkey Sound & Lighting Production: Our wedding package features complete live entertainment production. We provide state-of-the-art, venue-sized PA sound systems, dedicated professional sound engineers, and stage lighting packages tailored to your venue.
Pricing: Packages begin at $3,000 for reception music and to emcee the reception. Additional fees only as noted. What’s included

Q: Does Reinstate Pluto learn new songs?
A: Absolutely! We love adding personal touches to your big day. We can learn a specific song for your first dance, parent dances, or a "must-have" anthem that isn't already in our repertoire. We just ask for at least 60 days' notice to ensure we get the arrangement perfect.
Q: Does Reinstate Pluto take music requests?
A: Yes! We want the dance floor to be a reflection of you. We can work with you beforehand to build a setlist from our library of rock, pop, and alternative hits spanning the 70s to today. On the night of the event, we are happy to take requests from your guests that fit the vibe and keep the party moving.
Q: What makes Reinstate Pluto different from other bands?
A: We aren't a "stand behind the mic" kind of band. We are a five-piece, high-energy collective featuring both male and female lead vocals and multi-instrumentalists (including violin and keys!). We are known for being extremely interactive—using wireless tech to wander into the crowd, leading line dances, or orchestrating sing-alongs to 90s and 2000s classics. We don't just play music; we create an "out of this world" experience.
Q: Does Reinstate Pluto provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?
A: Yes! Because our members are multi-instrumentalists, we can scale down for more intimate moments. We can provide acoustic guitar, piano, or even violin for a romantic ceremony atmosphere, and a smaller ensemble or jazzier "lounge" set for your cocktail hour before the full band kicks things off for the reception.
Q: What do Reinstate Pluto band members wear to perform at weddings?
A: Reinstate Pluto tailors our aesthetic to match the exact tone of your function. We typically dress in "Rock-Show Chic"—think stylish, modern attire that matches the high energy of our performance while remaining professional for a wedding setting. However, we are happy to coordinate our look to fit your reception, whether that’s formal black-tie, possibly with a pop of color to match your theme, or something more casual and alternative. You can be sure we will look great and match the vibe you are going for!
Q: Do you provide other services, such as lighting or photo booths?
A: Our focus is the music and sound. If you like we can also emcee the night. We provide a professional-grade sound system and lighting for the band and dance floor to ensure we look and sound great. We do not provide a photo booth or other audio-visual equipment.
Q: We/our venue are worried about the band being too loud. How do you manage your volume?
A: We totally get it! The last thing you want is a band that drowns out conversation or violates venue sound restrictions. We use state-of-the-art sound technology, so we have absolute control over our volume. Here is how we keep the sound perfect and completely controllable. We don’t use amplifiers or monitors on stage. Instead, our instruments are plugged directly into our sound system and we use in ear monitors. If we turn the master volume knob down, the stage goes quiet. This technology has become the industry standard at music venues to assure the right volume and a mix that emphasizes our terrific vocalists, which is what people want to hear.
Q: Does Reinstate Pluto carry liability insurance and venue compliance documentation?
A: Yes. We provide full $1M / $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance. We understand that premium Atlanta venues require strict vendor vetting, and our logistics team can readily provide formal Certificates of Insurance (COI) and corporate procurement documentation upon request.
